It comes from different hawthorns located in towns such as La Horra, Olmedillo de Roa, Peñafiel, Quintanilla de Onésimo, and others; different altitudes (770-1000 m. above sea level), types of soils (limestone, clayey, etc.) and orientations.

TYPE OF PRODUCTION: Aged white

GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Albillo Mayor. The vines belong to different vineyards and clones planted from 1891 to 1910.

Ideal for consumption throughout this and the next 5 years. Service temperature: 10ºC/12ºC. It does not contain allergens.

PRESERVATION

Constant temperature between 14ºC and 18ºC protected from light and humidity.

Harvested the second week of September 2020 manually, destemmed and crushed, 7 days of maceration with their own skins. It was fermented in 500-liter French oak barrels with the native yeasts of the different vineyards of that particular year, no correction or contribution was made.
A year of aging in 500-liter French oak barrels, without racking and working with fine lees.
850 bottles of 750 ml. And 100 magnum bottles.
